Pet Finders Phones:
To scan a Smart Pet Tag, you only need a QR code camera or NFC capability. No special software or any downloads is required to access the pet’s information when you discover a lost pet.
Apple Phones Compatibility:
Our Smart Pet Tags app is compatible with the following Apple devices running iOS 17:
- iPhone 15 series: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 14 series: iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max
- iPhone 13 series: iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max
- iPhone 12 series: iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max
- iPhone 11 series: iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max
- iPhone XS series: iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max

- iPhone SE: 2nd generation and later
Please note: that older models such as the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone X are not supported for iOS 17. Users with these models can still access the “Smart Dog Tags Portal” using the Google Chrome or Safari browsers and save it as a bookmark.and not the APP Store APP.
